1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

2. Returns Process To initiate a return, please contact our support team at support@kornasi.com with your order number. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

3. Refunds If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.

4. Shipping Costs Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
